Our housekeepers are carefully selected after going through stringent screening by our experienced trainers and service experts. They are mostly Singaporeans, PR, LTVP and Malaysian, with at least 2 years and above housekeeping work experience.

While you may indicate preferences for your designated housekeeper, all our housekeepers go through the same training and are educated on the same standards. We do not discriminate against any race, gender, or the like. Additionally, we pre-plan daily work schedules for our housekeepers to maintain a high level of efficiency, so as to keep costs low, as well as our ability to continue providing affordable service.

Once you liaise with our sales team and have received the necessary information, the housekeeper will visit your home at the scheduled day and time.

Most of our housekeepers are pet friendly. We will be able to assign a pet friendly housekeeper, as our HR managers check with each housekeeper during their interview.

No. Our housekeepers will bring the cleaning products to your residence. However, if you are more comfortable using your own cleaning products, please inform the housekeeper or our concierge team before the start of service.

We always have a secondary housekeeper ready, who has been made aware of your preferences. 

Yes. You can resume service once you are back, and we will push back your billing cycle in the meanwhile.

You can either:
1. Provide us with your keys, which will safely be delivered to our housekeeper.
2. Leave your keys at the concierge for the housekeeper to come collect and return them whenever she does housekeeping.
